The worst restaurant experiences we have had in Vail! The food was actually very decent but giving 1 star for the service (or lack there of). We had a reservation and were seated promptly but without being asked if we would prefer to be in the restaurant or on the covered patio. We were told there was no choice since they were fully committed. It turned out not to be true - there were only 6 tables occupied during our one hour stay at the restaurant. The patio was chilly since it was 57F outside (early September) and there was no heating. Our server acted like she did not care! She gave no food or drink recommendations. My husband ordered a beer and was not asked what his preference was regarding the size - he was just given the smaller size. The white wine I ordered was not properly chilled. We asked for a bottle of sparkling water and it took forever to get it. We had to look for the server. When she finally arrived with the water she just set it on our table without pouring it into glasses. The food was decent but becasue of the outside temperature being in the 50s cooled down very fast and did not taste as good. The server only stopped at our table once and we even had to look for her to get a check. But she had plenty of time to chit chat with her coworker. We decided to get more drinks and desert somewhere else and will definitely NOT return!
