User Reviews for Barnes and Noble Cafe Andrea posted on 02/05/2012 Rating & Review: Had the worst service at the StarBucks located in the Columbia Mall Barnes and Noble. The guy did not smile, did not take my cash from my hand and was slow to acknowledge my order. He did however speak loudly about the up and coming Superbowl game and saying good bye to everyone after his shift. But was not very loud when saying thank you seemed to have forced it out. Please Starbucks have your employees provide better customer service.
