It's really expensive for what you get. No refills on soft drinks. Service is exceptionally slow. My pancakes, and I didn't order pancakes, came out about 10 min after I had already finished my omelet. Took one bite of the pancake and it tasted sour. Not like i'm going to eat the pancakes later so a quarter of my meal just went to waste. The omelette was completely flavorless. Yeah it's "fluffy" and big but just bland. Hot sauce made it edible but then got stuck with multiple drinks because they didn't tell me their no free refills policy. When I brought it to the manager's attention, he became very defensive and told me if I felt that way I can just leave and not come back.
