He started his restaurant several years after I started my first restaurant L'Armagnac. The food is all made from scratch with the freshest local ingredients. The house smoked salmon is highly recommened and he also makes pasta from scratch. My only minor complaint would be that he now serves brunch on Saturday and Sunday. I wish he would bring back Saturday lunch I miss his amazing Smoked Salmon Club Sandwich which was made with his Eleni Christy breads.
