We passed this restaurant by accident as it's not directly on the main street but down a side street. First thing I noticed was the outdoor "backyard" seating. We felt we wanted to try eating there and the reviews were good.
I made my reservation online as they don't open til 5:00 except on the weekends and asked for outdoor seating. They have enough parking for all the customers. You must wear a mask indoors but not out. I didn't notice if the waitresses wore them indoors but they didn't outdoors.
Staff were very friendly and the food is very, very good. It little more expensive than some other neighborhood Italian restaurants but worth it. I started with a good Merlot that was tasty without being too sweet. Garlic knots come free with dinner and are delicious. The salad dressing was also not too sweet. We had Chicken Parmesan and Spaghetti w/meatballs and both were excellent and quite large portions. Also, the staff takes its time between courses and let you enjoy each one before they come back to the table. No rush but attentive. The restaurant is not far from the shore so you get a nice breeze on warm nights.
Good food and pleasant atmosphere. Perfect for a warm evening. We need to go back and try their pizza.
