My wife has been a satisfied customer of Panera for several years. Recently on 3 occasions she has ordered the BAJA bowl. On each of those visits she did not receive some of ingredients necessary to complete the bowl. On the last 2 times the bowls were completed my wife spoke to the Panera employee about the missing ingredients and only was told that they didn't have the items. They did not offer to reduce the price at all. Instead of a full sized bowl it was approx. 1/2 full. Your Panera employees should have notified customers in advance of problems as this.

Terrible experience, tried to order a delivery to a near by nursing home for a resident there..my on line order had very specific details as to who(m) it was going to. Panera wrote my name on the delivery bag, NOT the residents. Delivery was left sitting OUTSIDE the facility for several hours before it was finally discovered which resident it was to be delivered to. When I called Panera to inquire as to the mistake , the young lady who answered the phone suggested that food left out in over 90 degree temperatures in the SUN could now be given to the resident to be eaten! I answered that under no circumstances was that to be done. I called the facility and had them throw it out. Panera manager blamed the delivery company, but when she looked up my on line order with direction she agreed that MY name NOT the residents was on the bag, but when asked about a refund etc , I was told no ,,that I had in effect paid Door Dash not Panera and I needed to call Door Dash for the requested refund or credit. I am not a very happy customer, and the resident of Valerie Manor was terribly disappointed. Although it has worked out well several times in the past, I will really need to think about trying this again if ever!
