The Chocolate Angel in Plano is exceptional. The food is absolutely delicious (everything) and the service is flawless. Do NOT confuse this tearoom with the same name in Richardson. Avoid that branch like the plague! The Plano branch is superior in every way. The Flores family has created an oasis for this part of the city.
