My first experience at the Salata in Mesquite Tx. The place was nice and clean as to be expected with any new business. The salad selection was good to add a protein was 3.49 I selected a 2nd protein for a additional charge of 3.49. As they put in the items you selected for your salad like a Subway sandwich place I noticed it was very small potion almost a table spoon of each item. Then they toss the salad I noticed the employee spilled some of the salad and small portion of protein I have to pay for. She wiped up and threw away. She didn't offer to replace it so I'm paying for it to watch you throw it away. The salad was not all impressive. It was no different than a salad from chic fil a, or Panera etc. My total was 18 dollars for a simple salad. Too good to be new I mean true 🤨
