This restaurant has horrible customer service and a rude order taker. Apparently I made a mistake on my online order and was told I should have known better, I placed the order. She had the gall to laugh at me both on the phone and in person. The dispute stemmed from me hitting the button for house special rice noodles instead of hitting house special fried rice. One option was right above the other. I got a generic text confirmation saying my order number and the time it was going to be ready. I was never given an itemized receipt so I never knew I made a mistake otherwise I would have called the restaurant to correct it. In short I never knew until we got home and opened the items. I called immediately and was berated by the order taker at the restaurant and told it was all my fault. I was laughed at by her even when I tried to explain. Had they given me an itemized receipt upon order or deliver I would have raised a concern. She continued to imply that I was playing games with her and that this wasn’t the restaurants fault. All of which I was okay with up until they wouldn’t listen to me when I told them I had zero verification on my order. I was yelled at hung up on the phone. I was also told I had to come back to the restaurant and they couldn’t send me my receipt.
Horrible experience and extremely disappointed that some employee vented all of their anger out on a paying customer trying to explain their side of the story. She told 3 different customers that they couldn’t order over the phone and hung up on them too while I was in the restaurant trying to get my receipt and explain what had happened. The employee claimed to be the owner and told me never to come back there again while she continued to yell at me in front of a line of 10-12 other customers.
Sad because they had such good food and this is the way they treat loyal customers. If you choose to continue to patronize this business be warned you too may be treated this way. Perhaps you don’t care because you’ll be in and out and on your way. Heaven forbid you make a mistake and not know about it until you get all the way home.

My husband called in an order for Egg Foo Young, Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon. I heard him and he spoke clearly so there would be an error. When he returned home the order was wrong we always get a large order, the Fried rice generally is in a separate container, the Egg Foo Young was much smaller and no Crab Rangoon. I called the establishment and was trying to explain what was wrong as soon as I said anything the woman hardly understood me and blamed my husband for the error. So I said I would bring down my order to the restaurant. Once I got to the counter the lady could hardly speak English, never even looked at the order. She blamed my husband over and over. I will admit my temper did rise but no adjectives came out of my mouth. I requested my money back and while she was counting out our money she continued to yell and blame us for not knowing what we are doing. Advice STAY AWAY. No customer service, will not take responsibility for their mistakes and very rude.
