Dickter posted on 01/16/2006 Rating & Review: What a great neighborhood bar. The staff is great. The food is great (even for this vegetarian). The nautical theme gives the bar a homey feel without being kitchy. There is a big screen TV that always shows some sporting event. The patrons are a lot of fun and the prices are great for DC locals. Finally, there is a bar on the Hill that caters to normal people—not just staffers. If you are looking for a bar where you can talk to your friends without yelling over the music, give the Argo a try.
