My favorite place in town to eat by FAR!!! The best food anyone could ask for. Never had a bad experience here and don't believe anyone else has or would.

Whit's is a great place to go for a quick, peaceful family meal. It has a hometown diner feel; and, the staff is super friendly. We left my husband's jacket there last week; and, our waitress (whom I do not know outside of her job at Whit's) drove it out to my business outside Macon!!!
The country needs more mom and pop businesses! Whit's makes it easy to support local business!

i have visited this place near a dozen times and at least 9 of the times the service has been the worst i have ever seen. they don't get the order right, they have taken over 30 minutes before to get your order and serve you...I have had to leave before because my wife and two boys were never given a menu or order taken after 20 minutes of being ignored by the staff....this is a small town and don't any choices of places to go...and its not like the place is crowded with people... i have wanted to make this a place to eat lunch, but i don't have an unlimited time for lunch especially when i have to do without because no one will serve us

The Whit's End is a great affordable place to eat. They have a great menu selection and the BEST hand breaded pork tenderloins in town! :-) The staff is helpful and friendly and the kitchen manager, Angie, runs a tight ship. I love this place, whether going out for lunch, dinner, or a few drinks with the girls, you can't beat the Whit's End...unless of course you go to Whit's End 51 in Macon, IL. Both places ROCK!!!!
