On several occasions, I have witnessed UNSANITARY food handling practices! Specifically, wiping their forehead and aprons with their gloves on and return to food prep without washing their hands or changing the gloves. Many orders where canceled Friday night due customers witnessing this prior to and after a staff member became UPSET when a customer pinpointed the hazardous, unhealthy practices. The staff member yelled "MY apron is clean!" and stormed off!!! These concerns need to be properly addressed and not by covering the glass to prevent customers from monitoring these harmful, disgusting practices that are obviously the norm at the Georgetown location! 👎
