If I had to rate Hibachi Express prior to this week I would have given them 5 stars but i had a very bad experience there this week and will no longer dine here. Due to medical reasons I am not allowed to eat rice so I ordered the Hibachi veggies,mushrooms and shrimp. When i got home i had rice and the veggies were not the same as previously. So, I sent my son back to get the order corrected and was charged an addition $2.30 and the meal was now full of onions. My meal in total was over $9 for onions. when I called and complained I was asked for my number and told next time i come in to give my number and they would replace the meal. Well, tonight I went in to place an order for the family to be told the man said he would see if he could credit the meal. I explained to the two ladies we eat here about twice a week and i have never had a bad meal until this week, you tell me you are going to comp my meal next time and yet you dont. I argued with the lady for about 10 minutes and decided that I will no longer eat at this establishment. As I walked out the door the lady tells my boyfriend ok we will not charge her, well it was too late. I should have never had to argue with them in the first place and the meal should have been correct the first time. how the hell do you charge someone $9 for onions and 8 baby shrimp... today was my last visit here. PLEASE BEWARE THAT HIBACHI EXPRESS DOES NOT BACK UP THERE FOOD WHEN THEY MAKE ERRORS AND DISPLAY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Been eating here for years. Almost always extremely happy with my order. I like to get filet and shrimp with mushrooms/veg/fried rice. and also i really love their sushi rolls. Mostly vegetable rolls, but when i'm in the mood for some spicey tuna or shrimp temperua sushi rolls they always hit the spot. delivery is quickest in town, here within 20 minutes on a regular night, and usually here right around 30 min on a busier night like friday or saturday. worth trying, enjoy.

This is a small compact strip-mall restaurant. It is very clean and brightly lit. I am very disabled. I parked directly in front of the place, called them on my cellphone and placed an order. My meal was cooked exactly as I requested and brought out to me. My entree, the Filet Mignon, was ordered rare. It arrived with a stir fry of mushrooms, onions and zucchini, as well as a generous serving of fried rice. I don't usually care for fried rice. Most places turn out a salty flavorless mix,but not here -- this was great -- both tender and tasty! A side order of Shrimp tempura was done improperly -- with thick, doughy batter rather than the expected thin, crisp coating. Still I'm sure that I'll return there again!
