I have always found China Place to be pretty darn good. My wife and I moved from Cedar Rapids last year and left behind a great china restaurant. We have tried alot of places around but most seem to have no soul. I have done both carry out and delivery. Almost every time with no issues. Ok so once they forgot to add in extra hot peppers when I asked- but all in all not bad at all. =P

The customer service is insanely terrible. I ordered delivery. They sent chicken instead of shrimp. It wasn't a big deal, except that the chicken dish was not very good, was not what I ordered and was less expensive than the dish I paid for. I called to report the mix up. I wasn't necessarily looking for them to deliver the proper dish but I was shocked at the terrible customer service. The employee insisted it was shrimp and told me that I could not tell the difference between shrimp & chicken. She said if I brought the dish down and proved it was chicken she would make me a new dish and was very rude. In addition, they have raised their prices and the quality of the food has gone down. Over priced, bad customer service and the quality of the food is very hit or miss.
