It was a bit disappointing tonight when I went for my carry out order at Angelina's of Allen Park. My bill seemed a bit high from what the menu said and when I looked at my bill there was a $1 Misc. charge when i asked what this was for I was told they charge $1 more for flour chips, however if you look on the menu it shows flour chips for $2. Check your bill for hidden charges here.....

I would also like to add that i saw my food sit on the counter waiting for my chips and by the time I received everything the food itself was cold. I'm sorry my usual restaurant was closed tonight.

The appetizer prices are a little high(flamin cheese),and some carryout items are a little on the high side,other than that angelinas is one of the best authentic restaurants I've eaten at.

Angelina's has the best Chicken/Steak Fajita tacos in town. This little restaurant is the best kept secret in the downriver area. Some days I stop in to get a carryout of just chips and salsa because the salsa is the freshest and the best around. We could eat this food several times a week. Thank you for great service and excellent fresh food.

The service is warm and friendly. The excellence didn't end there....Chips and and salsa are brought to the table. The salsa is the best, no other Mexican restaurant in Detroit or the surrounding area has better! The entree is prepared quickly but not in haste. Each item of my entree was absolutely wonderful. All the ingredients used in their dishes are fresh! I will go back again (and again) and tell others of this great little place. I can only say, they may need to expand the size of the restaurant but please stay in the Allen Park area!!!
