We visited this place on Tuesday evening. The service was terrible and the male and female servers were rude, unprofessional and almost nonexistent! We’ve been to the one in Veneta and it was fabulous! The owners of this small chain had better take a very close look at the management they have in this location! I’ve been in the restaurant business for 50+ years. We live in Florence and it’s the second time we’ve visited this place. It wasn’t good the first time either! We eat out a lot, but we’ll not be be coming here again! We will also tell our friends about our experiences! You would think in these very difficult economic times business operators would up their game to make sure they are maximizing sales and return business! Obviously these owners or managers don’t care about repeat customers!
