Chris, yes our employees are young, however I would not consider 16 and 17 years old too young to be left alone, not to mention most of our kids have worked for us for more than one season. Maybe our employees were being rude to you because you were making them feel uncomfortable by taking their pictures, we almost called the cops about this, and telling them what a horrible job they were doing. See I remember this incident, mainly because you sent this exact letter directly to the dairy queen corporate office, and they didn't even require us to respond to you. Foriyou to throw out food poisoning is both negligent and laughable. We have never once had a bad inspection by the health department, in fact we received 100% on our last inspection which, as someone who used to be in the health department profession should know, is almost
impossible to do since they have to try and find something wrong. Or little building may be old but we are not dirty. We will be opening in a couple of months for our 54th season, I think that speaks for itself.

We visited this restaurant while staying in WIlliams, AZ. The young ladies working that day, obviously too young to be left unsupervised, were inattentive and rude to the customers. We were all young and insolent once and obviously these young ladies don't yet understand the principles of economics and that the customers are paying their salaries. Bad service I can forgive but as a former Arizona State Health Department employee, I also witnessed several health code violations that I did report. Food poisoning I cannot forgive as easily.
