Terrible customer service

Great food and service... So why one star, you ask? They charged us full all you can eat price for my young son, who only ordered one roll and some general tso chicken. Then, when he was not able to eat everything (he did eat most of it), they charged us again. The sad thing is that my son requested to go here as he had a great experience with a friend's family last week. Even my 11 year old realized that the way we were charged was not acceptable. We will never be back.
