I hate that I’m writing a review for this place because our family enjoys eating their food. However, there has been multiple incidents where the customer service has become a problem. This last time was completely unnecessary. And just ratchet. Out of respect I will not go into details on the situation. I just want for the person who’s in charge to see this review and hopefully make changes to their staff because your establishment has THE MOST unprofessional staff we have ever encountered. Absolutely no home training. No etiquette. And just plain rude. We’ve been working in customer service for a long time and this place has no clue what that word means. I advise you to reconsider who you have working in the front as they are the face of the business because first impressions are everything.
