I have had several bad experiences at the Broadway Diner not the waitresses Cindy and Jennifer are wonderful the problem is in the kitchen I have received ham and cheese omelette that was only half cooked many times I've ordered extra crispy bacon it comes out half cooked sometimes you have to wait up to 25 minutes for food and there's no customers in there they offer to fix the food but by the time but the fix food gets out the rest of the food is cold you ask to speak to the manager and he's always busy so he sends word out by waitress I'm sorry I believe that the problem is in the kitchen with the Kooks they get overwhelmed because of the amount of food sometimes and they're understaffed in the kitchen

We have been here twice and very good both times. The catfish is the best ever fried just right and big. May not have all the time but when they do was good our both visits. And everyone else with us was also pleased with food and very clean and great service. Just surprised not very many customers and for local Bartow you should check it out. We did and not a long ride to go.

All was perfect exellent have had the all u can eat chicken too was awesome everything on menu fantastic and the prices are super low very very clean restaurant keep up the good work.. As we know all cant be satisfied only mcdonalds:p

MY WIFE ORDERED THE ALL YOU CAN EAT CHICKEN WITH A BAKED POTATO. THEY BROUGHT HER
3 PIECES OF CHICKEN AND A ROTTEN POTATO. THE CHICKEN WAS OVER COOKED AND THE POTATO
WAS PARTIALY ROTTEN INSIDE. PUT IN 2ND ORDER FOR CHICKEN TOOK 20 MIN'S AND ONLY
BROUGHT 2 PIECES OF CHICKEN. WILL NOT RETURN HERE
