We had heard that Smokin Aces had the best catfish in the area and when we called to dine in they were "taking reservations." The restaurant has been here for many years and I've lived in the greater Tampa Bay area for years. Never knew it was here, but will definitely be bringing back some guests! Ordered the 2 pc fried catfish thinking the pcs would be small! The two pieces were more than I could eat and my wife ordered the BBQ Brisket sandwich and said it was "the best brisket" she has ever tasted. Clean and comfortable restaurant. Optional indoor and outdoor seating. Alcohol served. Very helpful and pleasant servers! Huge portions. Dirt parking lot across from Stingray Chevrolet dealership! If one has a desire to try a great BBQ dining experience, give Smokin Aces a try. You won't be disappointed!
