Excellent local food made by a master !! Wonderful ! Way too much food for the price ! Takes a little time but well worth the wait. If your in the "know" you'll call ahead !

I would like to start by saying that I have been to this restaurant on several occasions and there isn't a bad thing that comes to mind as I think back. The food is reasonably priced (oysters, draft beer, sandwiches, etc.) and the service has always been wonderful. I also like the fact that as I mother to three small children I can take them in there and know there will be something on the menu to satisfy their picky taste buds, not to mention the fun they have while there. The menu is broad enough to please almost all, the service is wonderful, and the atmoshphere is great. If you're looking for good prices, good food, and a good time this is the place to be! I do have a question for the Bryan guy that left the previous review: If no one ever came to your table to check on you (refills, etc.) then how do you know the owners name? You would think that would require her to come and speak with you....Hmm....makes me wonder...?! Overall my family and I have enjoyed Finn's on every visit and look forward to our next dinner there!

P.S. You HAVE to try the fried crab claws, my daughter swears by them!! YUMMO :)

Okay, here is the scoop...If you want some good OYSTERS on the half shell, go there, its like $5 USD a dozen and they are a really good deal..They have some good cold beer on tap, specials are $1 DRAFTS ON SELECTS.
I must say I wanted to talk more with Amanda but darn it I didnt get a chance..(waitress)..
Yes the service coul be better, when the place is even slow, well they lack mgt to guide them, and I
kinda wonder why they dont come around the table more, I would have ordered more and spent more cash..So Lisa, if you want a real opinion of a guy that went to your place like 5 out of the 7 days I was there..listen up.
Push for a better mgr, well the evening mgr..(the young 32 yr old golfer guy is nice but his mind is on having fun/golf stories and really not into your business plan..you need a go getter mgr, that comes around and greets and makes sure the orders are correct and makes sure people arent waiting on oysters or more beer...THIS IS MONEY I WOULD HAVE SPENT!
The next big change i WOULD MAKE IMMEDIATELY IS FOR IT TO BE A NO NO for your bartender/mgr to be drinking beer while working, just doesnt look good and when my orders were delayed and or forgotten, this could have been an attribute..

We had dinner there last night. There were 8 in our party, and my daughter had the grouper sandwich. She said it was GREAT. I had their new Lobster Claws, and LOVED THEM. My server, Amanda, was real nice and took great care of us. We thought the food was great, and the prices were reasonable. We're here until Sunday, and will probably eat there again. They also serve breakfast.

To start off with WHAT WAS GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE???
We ordered two dinners. Waited 45 minutes before dinner was brought to table. It was the WRONG ORDER.
It was approximately 1 and 1/2 hours before we ate!!!!!
When I took a small bite out of the grouper sandwich that I ordered, the fish was ROTTEN.
It smelled and tasted very spoiled.
The baked potatoes were about 2-3 days old, and reheated. We complained, sent the rotten fish sandwich back, never ate it, and THE RESTAURANT STILL CHARGED US. To our amazement, they didn't offer an apology, or to be taken off the bill! OUR bill came to over 30.00!!!!
WARNING!!!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE. YOU WILL GET SICK,. AND TREATED LIKE YOU ARE THE PROBLEM instead of the cooks, and waitress along with the owner!!!!!
