Happy Garden, Palm Bay was ordered Closed on September 15, 2009 due to Rodent Activity and was allowed to Reopen on September 16, 2009
The quility of the food has been subpar since new owners took over. I have gotten sick 2ce, & they cant get an order right to save their lives. How much more explisit can STeAMED whITE RICE be? Or FRIED won tons? 2 many times I came home to find the wrong order. I have had enough & if this place keeps getting violations Its no wonder I got sick.
