I go here every Friday for Egg McMuffins for my coworkers and myself and I like to get a caramel frappe. It's my Friday treat! I would say 98% of the time their frappe machine is down. I can understand every so often it breaking down, but come on! This is most of the time. It's very frustrating waiting in the drive through in on your way to work and you get to the speaker and they tell you "No Frappes." I've even heard they are too lazy to clean the machine in the mornings and that's the reason they say the machine is down. I have written to cooperate several times and they don't do anything about it. So frustrating! Of course I try again and again. Very rarely is it working. Guess I should learn by now and go to a different one.
