I ordered the half sandwich and soup special. and requested a grilled cheese as the half sandwich. Then I said, 'it comes with soup right?' The person behind the counter said 'yes' so I told him what kind of soup I wanted. Then when i got to the register, I was charged TEN dollars! I said...'I ordered the special' and the cashier said 'the grilled cheese isn't part of the special.' We went round and round for a few minutes and I finally asked if I could remove the soup and just pay for the sandwich. She said 'yes' and reduced my total another dollar. When I got my receipt the soup was still on there so I took it with me. They would have made out if they had just given me the special with the grilled cheese! How much does a grilled cheese cost?? I am sure the other half sandwiches cost more to make. Anyway, make sure you stick to your guns. Next time I'm not backing down...
