nice place, clean well worth the trip out west. Fried green tomato's are great.

This restaurant is not very clean and the overall appearances were that of a run down shack on the side of the road. The Wait staff treats customers like their eating out of cattle trough. The food was not palatable. Their NY Strip Steak was ordered medium and cooked Ok, but the meat was of poor quality and the quantity served did not come up to a value of $19.99. Their mashed potatoes did not taste right as it was prepared to include part of the skins and something else. The Broccoli was fresh but the carrots were undercooked and raw. The coffee was good. The wine at $5.99 a glass was of poor quality and at that price you could have bought a whole bottle of the stuff. The desserts were prepared well but might have been too rich for some people’s taste. You need to closely review your bill. They tend to charge you for drinks you did not consume. The unpublished prices of their desserts seem awfully high, i.e. $5.99 for a piece of pecan pie. For large groups they automatically include an 18.5% gratuity that is calculated after the tax has been included. I was first given a bill for two people which came to over $87.00. The second bill was reduced by $11.99 and this bill was still over $3.00 higher than it should have been.
I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone at any time.
