I have ordered Chinese food in and around Hollywood for years and by far Bamboo Kitchen is the BEST!! I order from them all the time and I have never encountered any issues. Their food is tasty and very well seasoned, their prices are very reasonable compared to other Chinese restaurants. I've always been happy with their service, delivery is always timely. Their driver has always been pleasant and well mannered. If your looking for Chinese I would strongly recommend Bamboo Kitchen. Me personally, will never order Chinese from anywhere else..

I decided to order from this place and quickly regretted it. I ordered two combo platters; General Tso, and Sweet & Sour Chicken. When the order arrived we instantly noticed a black hair in the S&S Chicken. We immediately called and they said they would send us a replacement meal right away. Cool, we can live with that.
45 minutes now went by and frustrated/disgusted by the overall situation I decided to call back and request that the driver return our money rather than give us the replacement meal because we figured that at this point the uneasy feeling of finding a hair overcame the hunger.
The girl on the food rudely replied "you can take the food or come here and get your money back."
Really?? Sure, I'll come give you your Chicken w/ Hair and take my money back.
As I'm about to walk out the door the owner of the restaurant calls me trying to explain to me that he can not return my measly $7.95 but rather give me the replacement meal or a credit towards a future order. Because what I really want is to give you a second chance at feeding me hair.
As I'm still speaking with the owner the driver shows up with the "replacement meal." Which was actually a small styrofoam container with a smaller portion of ONLY chicken. Because the rice that was in the container with the Hair Chicken was obviously still edible!?
I continue to explain how ridiculous this was and how frustrated I was to the owner but he absolutely refused to return my money and continued to insist that I take a credit to his unhygienic restaurant to the point where he had the audacity to say "the customer is not always right!"
So here I am, informing anyone who would consider eating or ordering from here that I wouldn't eat from there if it were my only option for a last meal after a 75 year sentence on Death Row.
