European Homemade Sausage, an unassuming little store in a strip mall is easy to miss unless you know it's there, and determined not to miss it! The owner, Pete, is a Yugoslavian has been making European sausage for the displaced East ern European community and the discriminating locals in South Florida for years.
Pete makes the most delectable kielbasa, smoked sausage, garlic sausage and many more types of cured meats, all of which are full of meat and spices, not fat. (They freeze very well for months)
I moved to South Carolina three years ago, and I still dream of Pete's sausages. Don't miss trying European Homemade Sausage if you're in South Florida.
