The meal at the bar was great, but once dessert arrived, some hidden message passed among the servers that said, "This guy has ordered his last item, we can't make another cent off him, ignore him." And they did, wandering back and forth with no eye contact while my dessert sat un-touched since they hadn't provided a utensil. In some restaurants I've dined in, when servers screw up they make amends: "Sir, so sorry about that, we took your glass of wine off the bill." Not at Houston's, where their lofty place in the culinary food chain means that mortals like you and me have to put up with any mistakes they make. Good luck to Houston's in the off season when repeat business is important. They'll get none of it from me.

I have looked up & Down the Food Network Channel to see if I can find a recipe like it. No Such Luck.<br />
Can you post your recipes

This place is fantastic. Food is always great and service also. the only drawback is the long lines.
