Cliff Notes Version:
1. Was over charged and not given a itemized receipt.
2. Poor quality food and not whats displayed on menu.
3. Poor service.

I am a local and have gone to this place about 3-6 times a year for the past five years or so. Most every time, I would give this place a solid 5 or 6 out of a scale from 1-10. However the past few times that I have been there, the quality of the experience has lessened.

I was there yesterday and as I walked in I was immediately told that I had to order a drink or food as if I were being treated like a vagrant (although I was well dressed). I ordered a mixed drink that they charged me $9 for! I sat outside and was going to order food, but nobody came to my table. When someone finally came to my table about 15 minutes later, I was told to move to another table. Ordering and receiving food took some time considering the place wasn’t that busy. The food wasn’t very good, probably about the worst I had ever had their. My $15 shrimp cocktail were rubbery and I ordered a prime steak cut with basmati rice, but what I got was a poor quality tough skirt steak on what tasted like cheap processed uncle bens instant rice. Then the check came… They didn’t include an itemized receipt!!! When I asked for it, they had already included 15% gratuity, but didn’t tell me until I asked for the itemized receipt, then they over charged me for the crappy skirt steak, $17.99 for horrible quality skirt steak and instant rice!!!

I am not going back to this place! There are plenty of other local spots on the boardwalk that deserve my hard earned money!
