My review would have been a five (5) star normally, but the last two times I've shopped at the HFS on N. Anthony, I've had errors on my purchase receipts. Let me add that I shop regularly at the HFS and have never encountered mistakes. Yesterday, I was charged for 2 items at an overcharge which were located at the very top of the receipt for $1.50 and $1.89. I never purchased anything at the cost of $1.50 from the Deli, nor did I buy 2 breakfast cookies at the cost of $3.78. I purchased 1 breakfast cookie for $1.89. These aren't huge mistakes and I didn't catch the errors while in the store or in the parking lot, so here's my review..
It makes me curious as to why now after all these years of shopping at HFS errors are being made that seem odd, especially when at the top of the page. My question is are the cashiers somehow trying to profit from these overcharges? They could merely take similar items from the deli or elsewhere and not pay for them and why would cashiers ask: DO YOU WANT A RECEIPT. Of course, customers want their receipts.
Check your help is all that I am saying..
