My husband is a faithful Dutch Brothers consumer, says that he likes it much better than Starbucks. However, if there is a problem with the service, attempts to make contact to resolve the matter are not so satisfying. After being shorted $10 in change (purchased a coffee and hot chocolate with a $20, only to discover upon arriving home $6.50 in change), we found no phone number listing to resolve the matter that day. Now find ourselves doing research on the internet to try to resolve the matter. It shouldn't be so hard to make contact, or require an unnecessary trip across town to accomplish this. It may have been an honest mistake, but companies that are service oriented should have an easy way to contact them in the event such mistakes occur.
