I went to celebrate a birthday here only to be severely disappointed. My party of six went on a day it was not busy and well before closing. I went in with an ice cream cake that was slightly melted. I asked the hostess several times to put it in the freezer immediately because it was beginning to melt. She said yes but stood there trying to put down the WRONG name while I repeatedly corrected her. The rest of my party arrived and we were seated only to find the server brushing us off and having an attitude while taking our order. As we began our meal, we asked the server to check that the hostess had put the cake in the freezer. she a assured us the hostess had and it'd be okay. Well, as we finished eating the server flagged me down to come talk to her. As I walked over to her she explained that the cake had been put in a freezer that didn't freeze ( a fridge?) and it had melted. It looked horrible but we still had her serve it which whip cream covering the melted areas because of the inscription. She then promptly gave us our checks well before closing. only thing was we didn't get the desert we paid for with the combo which is when she said..oh yea..sure..pie?I asked to speak to the manager so only said she was "sorry" and it was her fault. I've never had such bad service. I believe that it was because of our race and age (we were all 20 years and older). I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and do NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. It may not have been so bad had she been sincerely sorry and compensated us for thoroughly destroying a cake I had paid for but she wasn't. I paid for a dinner that I had to make sure that everything was given to me and a horrible experience.
