Called order in so it can be ready. Gave the name the order will be picked up under. Confirmed what was wanted over the phone before leaving work! Got to counter, cashier asked for name, looked at ticket and "confirmed" what was ordered. Rung order on register, I paid (thinking why didn't co-worker give me more money)? Had to use some of my dollars...not a problem. It's my co-worker, I know where they work! Got to car, called to tellco-worker I'm on my way back and to have my money ready. Jokingly! Co-worker wasn't amused though because they were expecting "change" back? Told it was three bags, so co-worker must have ordered quite a bit? Co-worker stated only 1/2 order jumbo shrimp and the 2 whole catfish dinner! Searched the bag! All that was in bag is catfish filet and nuggets! Where's the shrimp and whole catfish? Called restaurant! I'm told to bring back in since it was there fault. I pulled back into parking space cause I hadn't left the lot yet. Go inside, find other customer asking about their order? They were told they're order was "taken" by someone else. Uh? No! It was "given" to another customer...ME! I didn't go behind the counter and help myself!!! Cashier was cool about "correcting" their mistake until the 2 MORONS in the back jumped in talking about checking the order before I leave! And they were screaming at me!! Now the "show" is on! They have now pissed me off for real! I'm on my "short" lunch, hungry and haven't made it to the other restaurant to pick up my food! Simply Seafood Employees I ADVISE Y'ALL TO WATCH YOUR MOUTH AND ATTITUDE!!! There's way more places to dine at than yours. I understand mistakes happen. But don't go trying to make the customer be wrong because Y'ALL handed out the wrong bag!!! Listen up Bad Teeth man cooking the fish...you should have stayed out of it! You're cooking the food. Stay in your lane and continue to cook instead of screaming from the French Fryer at the customer! And to the Fat Lady standing next to you, Mr Cook, tell her snatching the food off the counter did not change a thing, did it? She could have slid on to the back and devoured it herself! No one would have known or cared!! Y'all mad because Y'ALL got it wrong and have to throw the food away! Well guess what? If I had checked the food before I left (which still would be the wrong order in the bag), wouldn't Y'all still have to throw that food away?! I did touch it, right? COVID is still alive, right! Health Department says "throw it away, right?" No matter if it was before I left out or after I got to my car or work place, I still had to put my hands on someone else food and it MUST be thrown out! Oh, I get it! Y'all would have just put it back under the heat lamp and passed it on to the correct customer without them knowing what happened! Wow! Well, here's some free advice to help Y'ALL with your future customers, cause I won't be coming back there for ANY co-workers or myself! #1 -Treat Y'ALL customers with appreciation and respect! #2 -Take the order correctly, cook the order correctly, bag the order correctly, charge the order correctly and "hand-out" the order correctly! #3 When a problem/situation is presented to Y'ALL, refer back to #1 and don't argue and YELL at the customer! My sincere wish is that Y'ALL lose customers until Y'ALL can appreciate 'ALL" customers and learn better business etiquette!

I love their shrimp and perch!! Their clams are also delish! Have never had bad service nor got the wrong order!! That never happens..so A+++ from me

Low key carry out place. No frills. Good price and excellent product. Love this place!

I'm almost certain that their shrimp is not actual shrimp. It's "kosher shrimp", which is along the same lines as imitation crab. The shrimp aren't deveined, yet they have no intestinal tract and they have no tail. They taste nothing like actual shrimp.
