Service is slow and employees are rude. My order is never right and it's always cold. Won't every go back to that bk again. I will go to the one in Denver, nc.

I give it a 1 star because there is no 0. Horrible service. Wait in drive through is 15 minutes or more and there aren't any cars backed up. When you do get to order kiosk you are asked to wait and you sit and sit waiting to give order. Drive up to pay as nd then asked to wait for food to come. Half of the time they are out of food items you asked for. Worst Burger King I have ever experienced. In fairness, I have gone several times hoping for improvement but none has come.

The staff is very rude and they are always out of something. I waited in the first line for 15 minutes after the woman said “we’ll be right with you” after waiting 10 minutes she took the orders of the people in the second line who had just shown up. This along with the constant attitude of the employees and leaving things out the order makes this the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. It’s a miracle they are still in business.

if they do not get this place fixed they will not be in business long they have 2 lines but just one open service is the worst i have ever seen and they are usually out of half the things on the menu where is the top brass to get this place working like it should you always have to wait not 5 min but about 30 min on average i was there the other day and a car sat at the ordering for 15 min i pulled up and they said they were trying to order i had to leave and i have not been back anymore this is the way it is every time i go

On line menu says they have certain things u get there and they don't sell it ( sourdough bk ) and no bacon cause they were out ,b s .
And my onion ring were so damn salty u couldn't even eat them sorriest place to eat . That's my 2nd time there and that did it for me
One upset customer .

There is always a long line due to the lady placing orders.
Expect to wait at least 40 minutes regardless day or time.
Only one line open.

This place absolutely SUCKS!!! We waited in line for over 50 mins! And they were only serving ONE customer at a time! This place is employed by a bunch of stupid asses who can’t handle the pressure of making ONE BURGER at a time! I called the restaurant while we were waiting in the drive-thru line just to ask them if the dining room is closed, and of course it is. So I asked the moron on the other end “So you’re only serving ONE CUSTOMER at a time??? And she gets mad and hung up on me!!! I HOPE THEY FIRE ALL THESE USELESS ASSHOLES AND HIRE SOMEONE WHO CAN ACTUALLY DO MORE THAN SERVE ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME!

Stop this morning to test the waters on this burger king newly opened in cherryville,nc. First apperance i saw was 3 workers all women 2 black and 1 white all standing outside smoking. (like don't you have to work)!!!! Second gets to the drive thru everything i tried to order they didn't have available. None of the breakfast sandwiches they had no egg available But i ordered a #4 combo and a impossible sausage egg and cheese crossanwich which had no egg, Gets up to pay window and the first thing i saw was a dirty window and someone had a pack of marlboro cigaretts and a lighter in clear view on the cash register not only that she charged us full price for the Bacon,egg and cheese and the impossible sausage, egg and cheese even though they had no egg. The coffee was watered down just a bland taste to it !! WOW with this kind of service the workers there are giving Burger King A Bad Name...FIRE THEM ALL AND START A WHOLE NEW CREW WITH EXTENSIVE TRAINING IMMEDIATELY.

Waited in line 45 mins..never did get to the window to pay or pick up food! No milkshakes 2:30 Pm on a Friday! Horrible service! Rude employee on the speaker. Wont be in business long in Cherryville with this service.
