I was very disappointed with the pizzas I ordered today! The large pizza had very little sauce, vegs and cheese even though it was suppose to have extra cheese! I will not be returning !! Papa John's has better pizza!!

Good food!!! Poor customer services!! The young ladies even the owners daughter is a bunch of rude little bitches!! Please excuse my language but they act as though they hate their job and their small talk is more important that the customer!!!

Just got done placing my order over the phone. Constantly being placed on hold. When the girl picked back up, she told told me to hold again after just being on hold for 5 mins. I told her no. That I was JUST on hold. Finally after 10 mins. my order was placed. Some just don't value customer service not having a job like they should.

I've ordered from here 5 times every time something has went wrong. I never get my drink delivered, they have forgotten my fries 3 times and my last time I orders my food at 11:00 and the delievery guy didn't call me until 1 a.m I was f*ckn sleep by then, I had forgotten all about it this business sucks their food is great but other than that eat a pb&j

just waited almost 2 hours for my food called several times hey young girl gets on the phone it says are bad not willing to help nor let me talk to a manager this is pure ridiculous.. very disappointed in this business.

service is very awful food is delicious.... that place won't get much business letting it be run the way it is run... please get new servers ....asap I'd rather take my service somewhere else if they are not replaced soon... and when I do a to go order please remember to put my food all in there. and being placed on hold for more than 5 minutes is a very bad sign of service..

I used to love Giovanni's, but the last time I ordered from there I had a terrible experience. I called to place my order originally at 7:20. A young sounding female answered and put me on hold for over 6 minutes. I then hung up and called back, where I was put on hold again. I finally got my order placed at 7:30, I ordered two entrees and an appetizer, and they said they were busy so it would be 45-60 minutes. After an hour, I called back to check status and they said the delivery driver had just left. Then another 40 minutes goes by with no food. It's now 9:10, and I call back again to cancel the order. The girl picks up and tells me once again that the delivery driver has just left. I insist on cancelling the order, and she puts me on hold. At that point I thought she was going to get her manager or the owner, who probably would have apologized and maybe thrown in a discount or something. But no, she put me on hold so that she could confirm my address, that way she could call the delivery driver and tell him not to come out here. They certainly didn't want to inconvenience themselves, but had no consideration for making me wait a total of almost two hours from my original call with no food. The apology was brief and insincere. I will never order from them again.

Awesome food! But the service is terrible!! The phone manners of the people taking the take out orders...ridiculous!!! Rude, snotty, & acted as if my contributing my business was an inconvenience. Learn people skills or you WILL lose customers. Usually don't post bad reviews but the girl i spoke with tonight really needs to step it up or get a new job. K thanks.
