McDonald's Bville GA! Got a call from Management 2DAY! Said that they WILL fix the problems they/I am havin..Told them IF they do, I WILL B BACK! As THIS HAS BEEN "THE BEST" McDonald's n CENTRAL GA! "LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, THE STAFF/DIST. MANAGERS!" Really do NOT want 2 leave this 1! Prayin ALL prob's r fixed so I can RETURN 2 get my LATTE's! Will post how it goes! Still "WILL NOT" deal with
"STORE MANAGER" will walk out 1st! NEVER EVER AGAIN! ONLY Dist. Manager/STAFF! As "THEY" r the ONES WHO CARE about THEIR PEOPLE/Customer's! I love this store & pray things get FIXED! Thank YOU to "ALL" the DIST. MANAGERS/STAFF MEMBER's WHO CARE about US!!!

Was The Best Mcdonald's Ever (5 star) till 3wks ago! now the worst! due 2: "new manager"! never/ever been treated so bad, treated like trash! love the employee's/dist. managers! been driving from griffin 2 this store 4, 1 yr 2 get latte's! spent over 100.00 per wk there. went 2 days ago/new manager pointed her finger in my face threw down a crumbed pc of paper telling me/i must call be4 i come to get latte's! i explained "i was" calling when there was someone there who "knew" how 2 fix them! told her if a prob & do not want my money i will go 2 dunkin donut/mcd's n jackson ga! she said nothing! very rude, yell's at employee's, didn't see her do anything, she does not like white ppl & it shows! charged elderly man 4 pk of ketup! no-one n the store 2 order, over 7 there to return orders that were wrong! 4, more from drivethru 2/a emp. who was off there with family waited over 20 mins 2 order & no 1 else n store! if u plan on ordering over 1 burger u better call 1st! not sure i will return bk 2 this store unless there r major changes soon! emp's & customers "deserve" way better than this! i hope when she goes 2 groc/coven/gas station/store, they tell her she "needs" 2 call them 1st! i have worked as manag. n fast food & this is "not" how a store should b run! these emp's "deserve" better/so do "customer's"! i am "not" the only 1 who feels this way! everyone n this store that day felt this way & i am sure there are many more! n meantime i will b looking @ other mcdonalds 2 get my lattes! where they know how to treat people!
