Last 5/times I have bought KFC grilled chicken from the Cornelia GA KFC we were unable to chew the chicken. It is dried out and very hard. I keep hoping for an improvement because I love grilled KFC chicken. I am so disappointed when I sit down to eat after a long day at work and the KFC food is dry and tough as leather. Too tired and to far to drive back and so each time it is another $22.50 thrown in the trash.

Have been to this particular location a few times, and each time it has been more than expected in a positive notion. The employees are professional, presentable and vivacious. The dining area is well kept, clean, and self-serve products are always stocked and organized. One of the most impressive aspects that particularly catches attention is that management is always present, productive, and proficient. Jan makes a point to interact with every customer that comes in, as well as personally completes and checks every order. She is very respectful and comedic, as well as intellectual and insightful. The kitchen staff is constantly working to keep fresh food rolling through and cleanliness on point. The night shift manager, I believe her name is Diana, is very productive and oriented on quality, cleanliness, and team effort. She manages to keep a smile and good attitude regardless of the demand or situations including short staffing, order rushes, product stock. I would reccomend this particular KFC to anyone local or travelling as it is right off of the main interstate and easily accessible and simple to leave.

Usually not all there today,with no exceptionordered chicke,potatoes, gravy, slaw the works got hom got JUST the chicken .This is 3 times in a row,didnt get home w/everything..We drive over 20 miles to get K.F.C. beginning to be not WORTH IT::If i go in take out fine.. When i drive in its not right so i need tosit in the drivethru &let them look thru bags to see if everything is there.Been happening to often ,hadnt never had it done before... NOT THE FOOD. ... its the (SERVICE)...NOT PAYING ATTENTION what there doing !!!!!!!! From a Long time customer since u open....expect better!!!! Star1/2 rating...
