They are doing their best given the circumstances that not too many are wanting to work anymore. Reading most of these reviews helps me understand why establishments refuse to conduct business here in RH because you all will destroy them too. Don't bother with your negative response because I wont follow up on it. Remember, there is no such thing as a failure that keeps trying!!!

I think the food is good and always hot when it arrives. The people are always nice when they speak to you on the phone. My husband and I order from you guys every week! :)

When we want Chinese Food, this is the place we order from. Great food. Sometimes, there is a problem, but when there is, they always make it right. We love this restaurant. 👍

Nice clean restaurant with decent Chinese food. We'll get this for takeout or delivery every so often. It's always respectable.

Mongolian beef is very good the service is great and the workers are very nice!!! I I don't know who the other woman was talking about because no one there was disrespectful to me or any other customer while I've been there and I eat here a lot. I have never heard any complaints before!!!

This is the worst service i have ever recieved. The people here are very disrespectful including the manager. I wouldnt advise anyone to eat their food it look disgusting and they donot care about their customers. The manager made multiple threats to me because i didnt like the way their food looked i was called nasty names and i wouldnt recommended this place to noone i wish their restaurant could b shut down

I'm impressed. I gave this an amazing rating because we live in RH, and options for delivery are very limited. We have regularly ordered from another Chinese restaurant here, and decided to try Happy Wok. The prices were a tad more reasonable, and the food seems much fresher. Fried food was better and more crispy, and the sauteed vegetables were not swimming in sauce. My only complaint is that the crab rangoons are too sweet. We ordered 15 minutes before they closed, and they delivered to us 30 minutes after they closed. Our regular place is a bit quicker, but the food quality here is much better. Great quality, great value! We will definitely order in again from here... Hopefully our large tip will help the driver find us faster next time.

Chinese food is my favorite food. I must admit that I've lived in the Savannah area since 2007 and this is the best Chinese food hands down in Savannah and Richmond Hill. Their food is always delicious and they give you plenty. Not to mention the prices are very reasonably.

For the price the food is the best of its kind in the area. The fact that you go into a place of business in AMERICA and no one can understand you because you are speaking english is a little aggravating. Other than an obvious language barrier the service was so-so.
