Wait time for to-go order was very long for both of the times that I ordered. I waited over one hour and still no food that is ridiculous. And second time I was waiting for 30 minutes and no one even came to my car to ask my name for order or gave me any eta on when will my food be ready. I understand that you guys might have been busy but you guys weren’t that busy that you can’t get my food ready in hour time after the pickup time you provided. And when I was waiting in to-go parking space I saw 4-5 people who got there after me and got their food first and left. I don’t know how do you guys prioritize your orders...
