I went to Aspen Grill with friends tonight and the experience was not a good one. Two of us had to send our food back because of poor preparation. I took about 15 minutes to replace the two fish dinners and the trout was once again not fully cooked and tasted of heavy oil. I returned the trout and sat and waited for the rest my party to finish their meals. At no time did the manager approach our table and ask whether or not I would like to order something else. This is the second time we have experienced the managers indifference. We live locally and we will not be coming back, nor will we recommend the resturant to anyone. Too much change over with the cooks, no consistency

Stayed at Callaway. Was recommended by the owner of the Country Store. Food excellent. Manager had an outstanding personality. Great food. Worth the $$$$

Had the fresh fish special ... as good as any fish I've had anywhere. The shrimp and grits with cajun sauce were out of this world good. And, if you ask for something not on the menu, or a different version of something on the menu, they are more than willing to try to please you. Outstanding "City" food in a wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone !!!
