Eat breakfast at Jacks a lot. My only complaint is the biscuits they just fall apart and all over you. Can’t you make a better biscuit? Other than that satisfied with other things ordered.

I went to get the country fried steak meal. The steak was dry and burnt. I have gotten a hamburger combo from there before, and the meat didn't taste like groundbeef, so I stop eating there. I went for my husband this time. He stated, he never will be eating at Jacks again on Shorter Ave. They have really fall off.

The most excellent service from Nick at the Rome Jack’s restaurant. We called in a large order for lunch on Sunday morning to take to a family who had lost a loved one. He was so polite and helpful. He also expressed his condolences to the family. He even carried the food to our car. It is uncommon to see such kindness and professionalism. We went there for lunch later and the service and food were great.

Brother and I had breakfast biscuits.They were so dry we couldn't eat them.New store here and my first time trying and my last.Also prices are too high
