We had a bad experience at Cheddars in Albany ga. We ordered online last Mother’s Day. When we picked up the food, we discovered we didn’t have the utensils, the butter and sour cream for the baked potato , the dipping sauce for the chicken fingers, and the bourbon sauce for the KeyWest chicken and shrimp. We just let it go and tried to enjoy the meals. We decided to try it again on Father’s Day. Today, we had another bad experience. They forgot the utensils , the bourbon sauce, and the shrimp for the Key West chicken and shrimp! It also was 25 minutes late! We are done😡 If you want a good online ordering experience, don’t go to Albany GA’s Cheddars!

Waiting is unreal over 30 mins with a call in then got home to a call from cheddars saying come pick up my food with an attitude
