My daughter went thru the drive thru at the KFC/Taco Bell in Richmond Hill Ga today 4/13/21 she placed her order and got it from the window pulled up and checked the order it was missing 4 out of 6 the chalupas she ordered so she tried to go in to get it fixed they told her the lobby was closed so she had to get back in the drive thru line and they didn't give her a receipt so they told her that didn't ring them up so she had to pay for them so....the cashier was rude and said she didn't hear her say 6 just 2 .didn't get a recepit for that either. She did we got 2 nachos bell granda one with jalapenos on the side...so she gets home both nachos have jalapeno ALL over and I picked mine off but it's still hot where they were at on the food.. Barely got any meat or cheese on my nachos the service and food has been really bad lately I tried to give them a chance but it's just getting worse I probably won't go back for a while ...and I spent over $70 on food that was not right and barely able to eat

Worst of the worst. Filthy and food is cold, smells and take for ever. I wish they change ownership.

Worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Service is literally alwayssss slow. You can be the only customer and you won't get your food for at least 5 mins give or take.
