I love Papa Kelsey's - food is awesome, employees friendly, CLEAN facility!! One of our FAVORITE places to eat.

Great food, employees walked out half way thru my sandwich, and took a smoke break. no gloves or hand washing. CMON I can wait 5 minutes for a smoke..
