User Reviews for Barley's Deerfield Diner Joel posted on 12/23/2009 Rating & Review: Very good and inexpensive food. Large portions. Clean but not fancy surroundings. Pretty much a slice of Americana and probably not too different from the "Diner" in Mayberry in the old Andy Griffith show. If you want a quick meal with good food but want a "sit down" place I would highly recommend it. A lot of truckers eat there and they also do a HUGE after church Sunday breakfast business!
