DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT! THEY WILL SCAM YOU! We ordered from Dugout tonight, almost $40 worth of food. We got it for delivery. We were told that it would be a 45 minute wait for delivery. Fine, no problem. Almost 2 hours later, and 2 phone calls to them, we finally got our food. Surprise, surprise, it was all cold. We called to talk to the owner about our food being cold and told him that we want our money back. We were told that we would get a discount for 50% off our next order, but they would not refund our money. Then we were told that we could get fresh food if we took them the cold food. We ordered delivery for a reason. My husband had just got off of a 12 hour shift. We asked if they would send a delivery driver out to pick the food up and bring our money, but they wouldn't do that. It is on a business to make the customer happy. All we wanted was the hot food that we ordered, in the amount of time they quoted. We will never order from them again, and if they f-ck up your order, they wont do cash refunds. Only discounts. Why would I want a discount to a restaurant that I have no plans on going back to?? Really bad business that doesn't care about the quality of food they send out, or the customers they serve.

every time I order delivery from here it is one thing or another. I receive my food at least an hour to an hour and a half after I order ... Get multiple excuses as to why . The driver was lost , food had to be remade because the bag spilled ..So it is always cold when I get it nothing worse than cold food that is supposed to be hot.especially for what you pay for it .. Never Again this last experience has cost a customer and a referral to the restaurant ... When you laugh off the error when I call to see why my food is late was the final straw ... i understand there is pressure especially now a days but When someone spends almost 30 dollars for their food there should be some sort of an apologetic atmosphere so I had to wait twice as long as I was told it would be

Got some food deliver to my house and when I got my food it wasn't right so they told me to come up there and they would give me the right order. I got there and they refused to give me the correct order!

Buffalo chicken pizza is hands down the absolute best pizza I've ever had. Just moved here from Cincinnati and this is my new favorite.

We can't imagine where the people with bad reviews have been eating....We love the dugout and have been eating there for years. The menu has enough choices to please the whole family.

Well I just called a order in to be delivered and I ask them could I get my side of lettuce in a cup so it wouldn't make my sub soggy and the guy was rude and said no the only way I could get a small side of lettuce if I paid a 1.50 for it... Not very happy with the way he handled that I told him that I was goin to cancel my order so he just hung the phone up.......

Every time I order from here I always say I'm never ordering here again!! I just ordered 20 Cajun wings x-tra Cajun but they delivered me just plain Cajun wings! I called to tell them about my problem & the manager starts explaining to me what Cajun wings with x-tra Cajun is...I stop him to remind him I have order these same wings for 3 years now, I know what they are suppose to look like! He saids OK no problem, I will bring you a cup of sauce I tell him to just forget it...its not the same!! Its just ridiculous every time there's a problem, they never offer to remake it the way you ordered it and bring it to you hot & fresh!! If your debating to order from dugout just don't even bother, the girls that take the order always repeats it back right but when it gets to your door there's always a problem!

I hate that I have to give them a star to wright how bad there food and service is. I ordered delivery the other night I was waiting on my food when the driver pulled into my driveway and left because he had the wrong food with no explanation I will never order again. The management is really rude seems like he doesn't care about the customers who are paying for his way

Wow. Went to lunch today at the Dugout, had a coupon for "buy one entree and two drinks, get one half off" from the local Hometown Value book. My spouse and I order, pay and are handed our drink cups. We proceed to get drinks and sit down. Within 5-7 minutes we received our food. We start eating, then the lady who took our order and payment came over and stated "the owner said that I rung up your order wrong and you owe $1.60" I reply with "wow, he really wants a $1.60 from us for something we didn't do?" She shakes her head yes. I tell her I wasn't paying $1.60 with my debit card, so my spouse pulls out a $1 and a $5 and the girl takes the $1 and says she will take care of the rest and says sorry. Poor girl, I'm sure she was completely embaressed doing that. What a rude, inconsiderate and money hungry owner. The food has never been "great" in my opinion, ours subs had BROWN old lettuce on them and the lowest grade of deli meat there is. The place is not clean at all. We will not be stepping foot back in this place.

I just call to make an order for delivery and I was told that they dont deliver to my address. Funny because I just had an order delivered last week at same address. When I told the young lady this,she told me she didnt know why because I live to far. I had delivery more then once from them. But I guess this is what happens when Karen isnt there.

I read the review about the grade..however I know how people lie so I looked up their grade myself. Under the Randolph County Health Department DUGOUT in Archdale NC has a 95 A and NOWHERE does it tell you that they have improper handling of food..If your gonna write a bad review at least know what your talking about. I ordered from them tonight and there was NOTHING wrong with their food, service or delivery. I WILL DEFINETLY ORDER FROM DUGOUT AGAIN!!! by the way the burgers are very good and fat ;)

Ummmm the place is not spotless....they have a 92...look up the heath department website and find out why. Improper food handling means someone could potentially get sick.

I would like to respond to the negative review by Brittany! I have been eating from the dug out for the last 7 yrs and never have I had any problems with their service! The place is spotless and everyone there is very nice and kind! I know everyone that works there and I know that review is coming from an old employee! That had to be terminated due to theft that is a false review that was clearly the work of an unethical,unscruplous former employee! I wouldn't listen to that review until you've tried their food for yourself!!

Management horrible,nasty food,to high priced!!They don't change or rotate there food like your supposed to in a restaurant,the cooks drop food on the floor and still serve it to the customers,some of the waitress do drugs and nod out while waiting on you or go in the bath room and do drugs.When you call to place a order they are rude and not friendly!!!Worst place ever,the have roaches and ants all in the store,the manager Karen talks about the other owner all the time to the customers,i have seen a needle in the trash can in the bathrooms,the wings make you have stomach trouble,and its hot as hell in the place!!!WORST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE!!
