A year ago I would have given George's 5 stars. Tonight, however, was the last straw. I have George's club sub at least a dozen times over the last year. It was great the first three times. In fact I thought it was the best sandwich in High Point. But then it changed. One time it would be toasted, then it wouldn't, then it would, then it wouldn't. Tonight I said something when I ordered. I was rewarded with burned bread and piles of raw bacon. Thanks George's! You have ruined the best restaurant in High Point. Same goes for the pizza. It started arriving under baked, crust not done, let alone crispy. Then if you say you want it crispy........they burn it. So disappointed.

Wow, guess someone is a very unhappy person. George's is a great, LOCAL, place - filled with all types of people. Whoever is writing these negative 'drunk/red neck' reviews obviously has an axe to grind - don't give them the time of day. George's has the BEST wings, amazing sandwiches and great pizza!!

We eat here all we can. Love the place and the people are great. Best pizza and wings for miles. Anyone writing bad reviews about this place must not get out much, or is the biggest stuck up -ssh-l- on the planet. I doubt any place would pleaae you.

Stopped in on a Thursday only to be harassed by local drunks. Service was slow and the people were rude and plain old drunk rednecks. Will never go back again as they should have AA meetings there. Place SUCKS.

This place was so much fun. We had our company Christmas party here and it was so much fun. This place reminds me of Cheers( the tv show) Everyone was so friendly and the service was great. The wings are the best I've had and the pizza was awesome. I will surely return!

I think there is a conflict between two places with the same name. This Georges pizza is in high point and they don't have a website. However this site links me to a Georges I've never heard of. The Georges in high point is so much fun. I go there Several times a week. I love this bar!

Stopped in while here on business. Nice little Cheers feeling. Excellent service and great food. Best wings I've had. Highly recommend!!

Went Sunday and nothing but local drunks, load mouth rednecks. Food was over priced, service slow. Will never go back again.

Very enjoyable experiance. The food was great. Started off with the cajun shrimp which was killer then moved on to the best pizza i've ever eaten. It was a sunday and to my surprise they had every NFL game on lots of tv's. Service was great, will be back often.
