The flounder I got was cooked until it was dark crusty brown. Bumps of hard breading was all over it and I had to peel away the skin in order to eat it. I guess it had been deep fried for hours. Later as I ate, the table of persons next to me, had light brown fish, that I assume was some of the freshly cooked. All of the shrimp was dry and dark brown and hard as rocks. The oysters was all dark breaded crust and had no taste. For the price, I got stuck and I will never eat at the place again.

The fish was terrible. The cost was outrageous. I have eaten better fish at less expensive places. I bet the fish was cooked since from the time they opened until they severed it at dinner.

Whole family were regular customers until last week. Ordered an oyster plate, and while they give you six, they were very small. You would think common sense would kick in and they would compensate by adding a couple more to make it worth the money, but no. They were adamant about about six. I'm sure a couple extra wouldn't have changed their bottom line. Two or three had fallen on the floor or had been eaten on the sly by the employees I'm sure. I'm just as adamant about not going back so they can see the real cost of oysters from the loss of at least two visits a month at about $50 a visit!

I find the food and everything about Sanibels is great. The people are always great as is the food from seafood to chicken to steak to pasta and even burgers. You can't go wrong.

Not sure about restaurant but when someone is dumb enough to take picture of menu with it still in plastic sleeve and you can't read it that doesn't say much for the food
