My friend and I had a breakfast there, yesterday. I ordered San Francisco omelet with rye bread toast, fruit cup and coffee. The omelet was okay but everything else was horrible: my coffee was barely warm, she brought me wheat bread toast instead of rye, the fruits were probably a few days old. I had to spit a peace of melon out because if felt like rotten fruit. The waitress did not offer to refill my water either. I would not recommend this place.

This was my first trip to Bayview Gourmet, I was accompanied by a friend who has been there many times. She has RAVED over this restaurant, and I was interested to see if she was exaggerating. Well, she was not! It was excellent in every aspect. The food was unique and of excellent quality and quantity. Our waitress was sufficient, I would give her a B- grade. But, overall, the atmosphere was wonderful and the food excellent.
